The four seasons - Vivaldi for children
A concert with bird songs, claps of thunder and sleeping shepherds for people aged 5 and over
It's not just the cello and guitar that can imitate birds. The young audience members can also whistle and chirp like the birds in Antonio Vivaldi's "Spring". And the thunderclap can be produced at least as well with the bass drum as with the cello and guitar. We too can slumber like the shepherds in Vivaldi's "Summer." Of course, a common dance by the country folk to Vivaldi's "Autumn" should not be missed. And in winter, there are also scarves and bobble hats available for the instruments.
Antonio Vivaldi imitated the voices and sounds of nature with musical instruments in his concert cycle "The Four Seasons". Marko Simsa will hear many details with his young audience. Guitar and violoncello support him – sometimes in an astonishing way!
